Halo Water Proofing is a OH-licensed Foundation Crack Repair company that treats every Burgoon job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Every Burgoon technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
Our Burgoon crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
Talk to a real Burgoon technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Burgoon crews hear about most.
A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Burgoon basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
No two Burgoon basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
Get Emergency Help →Seasonal ground movement in Burgoon tends to widen existing cracks over time, so sealing early usually costs less than waiting.
Ask About Crack Repair →Most Burgoon pump failures happen during the exact storms that need them most, which is exactly why battery backup matters.
Book a Pump Check →Some Burgoon properties need both systems working together — we'll say so honestly instead of selling just one.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp Burgoon crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →Commercial water intrusion means bigger stakes — inventory, tenants, downtime. We scope commercial Burgoon jobs with written specs and a real timeline.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
Every Burgoon quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
Our crew completes the repair, cleans up, and walks you through the warranty on what was installed.
We've heard every Burgoon horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
You get a real number before any work starts — what you approve is what you're billed.
Our crews stage locally near Burgoon, which is why most emergency calls get a technician on-site in under two hours.
Our major repairs come with written, transferable warranties — useful if you sell the Burgoon property later.
We'd rather earn a repeat Burgoon customer with an honest fix than push a system you don't need.
We can supply the documentation most carriers ask for before approving a Burgoon claim.
Every Burgoon job reflects on the next referral, so we treat each one like it matters.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Fair price, on time, cleaned up after. Wish every contractor worked this way."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
"First contractor who actually explained where the water was coming from instead of just quoting a number."
"Sump pump inspection was thorough and they didn't try to sell me a new one when mine just needed a part replaced."
We back our Burgoon work with real, transferable warranties because we plan to be here long after the job is done, not just for the one visit.
